“Ur and Edel ...”

... is the name of the malty beer that flows out of the barrels and into the beer mugs. In this rustic tavern with wood panel ceilings, the Franconian dishes taste delicious in conjunction with the beer. This inn incidentally makes the best goose roast in the area. But you have to ask when the crisp bird is served straight from the oven; the only fixed time is around St Martin’s Day on 11 November.
