Of all the beer cellars in Bamberg, the gardens of this brewery are something of a secret tip. Guests can sit outside and take in the beautiful view of Altenburg Castle. It is equally as cosy inside the tavern. Under the direction of Dagmar Brockard, the kitchen adds to the well-being of its guests. The inn is particularly well known for its offal dishes. Tip: a great time to visit is during the annual Laurenzikerwa and at the start of the strong Bock beer season.
