You can admire more than 1300 exhibits in the 900m² museum, which traces the creation of beer from the crop to the mug - all in the unique atmosphere of a brewery which was first mentioned in 1122 and is set in a landscape shaped by the long tradition of brewing beer.

"Knowing more about beer - gaining more from beer": this motto bears witness to the centre of expertise with a difference, created within the walls of the Brewery Museum. In close cooperation with the Verein Bierland Oberfranken, a regional association to which almost 200 Franconian breweries are affiliated, a seminar has been devised at the "Franconian Beer Academy" which spans several hours and transforms beer lovers into beer connoisseurs.
