In Kemmern, the 62 m² (650 sq ft) holiday apartment "Wiesenglück" (Meadow Bliss) awaits you in the idyllic holiday home "Rosenbusch." The heart of the apartment is the spacious and bright kitchen – a place where cooking becomes a pleasure, shared meals are a joy, and you'll love spending time. The lovingly furnished living room, decorated in vintage style, creates a cozy retreat that invites you to relax and unwind. Two comfortable bedrooms and a spacious bathroom offer space and comfort for up to four guests. The bathroom is accessed from the second bedroom through the first.
The fully modernized apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, TV, and self-check-in. Original wooden floors have been painstakingly restored by hand. Relax on your private terrace and discover the various herbs in the garden.
The apartment is located in the idyllic Rosenbusch holiday home. A bakery is just 250 meters away, and restaurants are within easy walking distance. Nearby, you'll find a swimming lake, Seehof Palace, the Franconian Switzerland region with its many castles, the UNESCO World Heritage city of Bamberg, and much more.
Free street parking is available, and public transportation is within walking distance. Events are not permitted. Please wear slippers to protect the wooden floors. The apartment is non-smoking. Bicycles can be stored in the courtyard. Please note: We do not rent to tradespeople.
After booking, you will receive a contact form, which you should complete and provide your address. This helps the host prepare for your stay in the best possible way.
Terms/Extras
The host reserves the right to request a deposit from the time of booking and will contact you separately regarding this. Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge; later cancellations will be charged at 100% of the total price.
