In Kemmern, the 62 m² "Garden Joy" holiday apartment awaits you in the idyllic Rosenbusch holiday home. The heart of the apartment is the spacious living and dining room with an open-plan kitchen, exposed wooden beams, walls with warm clay plaster, and an atmosphere that instantly creates a sense of comfort. Two cozy bedrooms and a bright bathroom offer space and comfort for up to four guests.

The modernized apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, TV, and self-check-in. Original wooden floors have been painstakingly restored by hand, and historic sandstone walls with fine clay plaster create a particularly pleasant indoor climate. Relax on your private balcony and discover the various herbs in the garden.
A bakery is just 250 meters away, and restaurants and a brewery are within easy walking distance. Nearby, you'll find a swimming lake, Seehof Palace, the Franconian Switzerland region with its many castles, the UNESCO World Heritage city of Bamberg, and much more.
Free street parking is available, and public transportation is within walking distance. Events are not permitted. Please wear slippers indoors to protect the renovated floors. The apartment is non-smoking and offers a pleasant living environment.

Terms/Extras
Guests receive a 100% refund for cancellations made up to 14 days before check-in. No refund is available for cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in. The host reserves the right to request a deposit from the time of booking and will contact you separately regarding this.
