Men's business – the pub choir from Bamberg

Wherever Männersache Bamberg appears, things really get going! This Bamberg-based group is a pub choir that takes to the streets and squares, as well as concert halls and stages, captivating audiences of all ages.

Founded in 2018, this all-male choir has grown to almost 80 members. From young students to seasoned lawyers, a truly special community has formed. Naturally, everyone knows each other not only by name but also shares each other's joys and sorrows. And this is evident when these men perform together and share their energy with the audience.

The choir usually sings unamplified, relying on the sheer power of 40 to 60 men on stage, and has already thrilled audiences of nearly 1,500 as the opening act for the American entertainer Jason Derulo. The choir seeks a close connection with its audience and uses this connection to create high-energy performances – around 30 shows a year, each lasting up to two hours – featuring a repertoire of German and English pop, rock, and Schlager songs.

Beer gardens are transformed into party zones, corporate events become unforgettable, and every occasion becomes something the attendees never expected. From their base in Bamberg, this choir conquers Germany and the rest of the world, touring to places like Prague, Ireland, Hamburg, and Austria.
