The ferry shuttles between the banks of Schleuse 100 and the Stephansberg. It is a “Bamberg project” for and with disadvantaged young people under the leadership of the Don Bosco Youth Office.
The ferry has been transporting passengers across the Regnitz since 2012 and is controlled by volunteer ferrymen. A ferry that is operated by and with the people of Bamberg and brings everyone on board.

1. April till 31. October
Monday till Sunday: 10:30AM till 8:30PM
In autumn it closes at sunset.
