This historical educational tour for children focuses particularly on vividness. Based on the theme of ‘Everyday life in the Middle Ages’, supposedly dry history is presented as a personal experience, bringing Bamberg's past and buildings to life. Activities such as a welcome drink from a drinking horn, striking fire with a fire steel, flint and tinder, or trying out the dreule encourage participation. The tour is very well suited as a teaching module on the Middle Ages.
