30th anniversary of Bamberg‘s UNESCO World Heritage title

It was Bamberg‘s intact old town with its authentic and original building ensemble and its structural and functional continuity over the centuries that supported the appointment. Another reason was the influence Bamberg’s medieval and baroque architecture had on other cities elsewhere in Europe.
