Brauerei-Gaststätte und Biergarten Schrüfer
The Schrüfer’s strong brew goes well with a hearty meal. This is why the tavern specialises in roasts (home-butchered pork, hand-reared lamb, local wild boar, beef, veal etc.) and home-made light meals. The latter are particularly popular during the beer garden season, when Ziebeleskäs (quark with onions), red and white Presssack (Franconian sausage), Göttinger sausage, cured ham and tinned meatloaf are served. On Saturdays Otto Schrüfer lights his Oklahoma BBQ and spoils his guests with fish, steaks and bratwurst.
