The Ott family has set itself the task of making contact with all the other Otts in the world. It is not an easy undertaking but this family enjoys a challenge: Inside the inn, for example, there is a wooden barrel with a volume of 3036 litres – now if that’s not a challenge. The cuisine is decidedly Franconian, though with the odd creative variation on the theme such as Presssack (Franconian sausage) pizza from hand-butchered meat.
