Bamberg's oldest brewery is located in the heart of the old town. Beer has been brewed here since 1533. The charming guest rooms offer a cozy atmosphere for enjoying good Franconian cuisine and home-brewed beer. In summer you can enjoy your Seidla in the beer garden directly on the Regnitz.

Brewery tours:
Book a tour of the historic brewhouse and learn exciting anecdotes from almost 500 years of brewery history. At the Zwickel you can taste the Klosterbräu brown beer, Schwärzla, cellar beer or the smoked beer, which was awarded gold.
