Brauhaus Binkert

Established in 2012, this brewery is built on the philosophy of founders Anja and Jörg Binkert who source all of their products – from their energy and ingredients to their bottles – from the local region of Franconia. In the brewery itself, you can even have a go at the “copper” and the lauter tun. You can then look forward to a light meal and an Amber Spezial, a kind of Franconian ale which in the summer months goes down a treat in the beer garden.
