In the Sternla -since 1380- tradition and customs meet the most modern brewery technology -since 2019-. Locals and tourists meet here for "a Schäuferla", a Franconian snack and for "a Seidla" beer, freshly tapped directly from the storage tank. Of course you will also find a selection of vegetarian dishes on our menu. Here you can experience Franconian hospitality and Bamberg's beer culture in a rustic atmosphere. We not only live in Franconia, we celebrate our region: "Franconian - nothing else"! Our inn has several rooms, each with its own story to tell.
