Almost always offering shade from the unrelenting sun, the Herrmann-Keller has been under family ownership since 1754 and has many stories to tell, be they about the open-air theatre or the annual Open Air event. Locals say it is one of the most beautiful beer cellars in the area. Georg Herrmann lets the beer mature in the rock-cut cellar, serving it together with home-made light meals with hand-butchered meat.
