“Cellar beer, spirits and charity”
The Höhn beers are traditionally brewed over burning wood and with open fermentation. Trying one of the special spirits is a must. Franconian light meals such as cold pork roast, home-made Gerupfter (delicious cheese concoction), a variety of tarte flambées and a changing daily menu put a stop to those niggling hunger pangs. Once a year, a jazz concert is organised for a good cause, whilst a special event takes place once a month.
