The Hotel-Restaurant Wilde Rose is located in the heart of Bamberg's historic old town, combining Franconian hospitality with a family-run tradition. This charming establishment offers comfortable rooms, a personal atmosphere, and easy access to the sights of this UNESCO World Heritage city.
From October to the end of April, guests can enjoy regional cuisine, seasonal specialties, and Franconian classics in the adjoining restaurant – including Schäuferla (roast pork shoulder) and the popular Aischgrund carp – all freshly prepared and served with care. During the summer months, from April 23rd to the end of September, the family runs the renowned Wilde Rose Keller, one of the city's traditional beer cellars, with over 1,300 seats.
Whether for a city break, a short getaway, or a business trip, the Hotel-Restaurant Wilde Rose is the ideal base for exploring Bamberg and experiencing the Franconian way of life.
