The dishes are multifaceted and precious, like the gemstone sapphire. Our curries are prepared according to ancient Ayurvedic recipes and consist of coconut milk, herbs, and an average of ten different spices, such as pepper, mustard, cinnamon, coriander, cloves, turmeric, cardamom, cumin, bay leaf, and ginger. We also offer organic tea from Sri Lanka, fine regional wines, and wonderful cocktails.
