“A real beer cellar”

In the vaults of the rock-cut cellar, beer is still stored as it was over 300 years ago. Today, however, it is no longer the cellar’s own beer but beer from Weismain and Keesmann-Pils from Bamberg. The home-made pizza and the lavish Hausmacher-Platte (house platter) as well as the Haxe (knuckle) and Schäuferla (tender pork shoulder) are among the recommended specialities.
