“Rock-cut cellar on two levels”

Traditional self service, picnics, nature and a large playground: If you’re prepared to climb the short ascent to the Schwanakeller, you will be rewarded with beer cellar tradition in its purest form as well as beer on tap. The menu includes light Franconian meals and hot dishes; from the Sunday after Mother’s Day, there is a lunch menu on Sundays and bank holidays. Specialities include Knöchla (knuckle), fish, Schäuferla (tender pork shoulder), bratwurst, Wurst mit Musik (marinated cold sausage meat), Limburger mit Musik (marinated Limburg cheese) and Gerupfter (delicious cheese concoction).
