Enjoy a “real” medieval menu in good company in one of the oldest brewery restaurants in the world heritage!

The menu comes from original recipes and gives you an insight into Franconian inn culture from the 14th century!

Medieval menu (4-course menu):

• Green bean soup with beer and saffron with bacon figs

• Rye flatbread with three types of dipping sauce (gingerbread, grape and bacon dipping and Schlenkerla dipping sauce)

• Salmon pie with sage and ginger and beef with bacon and apples in puff pastry with braised vegetables

This is NOT a medieval festival with disguised waiters, drinking parties and "throwing bones", etc. The participants should be given the real taste of the Middle Ages
