Hop-on hop-off bus tours

We’ll show you the sights of Bamberg with our flashy red Cabrio-BAMBERG bus – with convertible hood for that special summer feeling. Enjoy the ride and get to know more about Bamberg and its history and the stories behind the scenes. Hop on or off all day long with your day ticket at 15 stops serving some of the main sights of Bamberg, the train station, and the pier for the boat trips.

Please note:

• Tickets available directly on the bus 
• Groups (10 people or more) only in advance by email to info@bambergbus.de
• Current timetable changes due to major events (e.g. Sandkerwa), closures etc. see the BambergBus website 
• In cases of exceptionally high temperatures of 35°C or above, the BambergBus operates only until 3:14 PM at the latest (following the winter timetable). In the event of extreme heat inside the bus, tours may be cut short or cancelled. This currently applies to the following operating days: June 25, 26, 27, and 28, 2026 (Thursday–Sunday).
