Bamberg’s Jazz club has its location in the vaults of the Jazz Cellar in Bamberg’s nightlife district Sandstrasse. There’s a stage, a bar and some space for the presentation of contemporary art, what more does one need for the perfect jazz evening.
Concerts are staged from September to May, usually Fridays and Saturdays, every Wednesday has a free jam-session with a colourful mix of local jazz-musicians, members of the Bamberg Symphony Orchestra, music students, and the likes. Cabaret and some fringe theatre is staged here as well.
