Register once and get started right away
To rent an e-bike, you must first register in the STWB Sharing app, which is available in all app stores. Please have your ID card and your credit or debit card details—or access to Apple Pay or Google Pay—ready. The registration process takes only a few minutes and can be completed while on the go.
Once registered, you can rent a bike immediately or reserve one in advance for a specific period.
To end your rental, simply return the bike to one of the designated stations. Currently, there is one station at the train station and three stations on the Lagarde Campus (please refer to the map in the STWB Sharing app). If you wish to park the bike temporarily, you can lock it via the app; this will not end your rental session.
