The menu comes from original recipes and gives you an insight into Franconian inn culture from the 14th century!
Medieval menu (4-course menu):
- Green bean soup with beer and saffron with bacon figs
- - Rye flatbread with three types of dipping sauce (gingerbread, grape and bacon dipping and Schlenkerla dipping sauce)
- - Salmon pie with sage and ginger and beef with bacon and apples in puff pastry with braised vegetables
- - Almond milk puree with fried apples and meadow fruits
