Large-scale nativity Maximiliansplatz

Since 1983, a nativity scene house with almost life-sized figures, designed in Franconian half-timbering style, has been set up every year. It is a foundation of the Franconian Market Merchants' Association and is looked after by "Verein Bamberger Krippenfreunde e.V.", the Bamberg Nativity Scene Friends Association.
