We are a collective dedicated to the voluntary support and promotion of local and global music and cultural scenes. Our musical focus spans a wide spectrum of alternative and subcultural genres—ranging from shoegaze and garage to punk, post-punk, and metal. In addition to concerts, our programming includes DJ nights and DIY markets. A cornerstone of our work is the annual "Acht Stunden sind kein Tag – DIY Punkfest," through which we aim to foster the local scene and bring people together.

Beyond organizing DIY concerts, our association also pursues social objectives: We are committed to inclusive ideals that aim to reach all segments of society, and we take a firm stand against macho behavior, sexism, racism, fascism, colorism, LGBTQIA+ hostility, antisemitism, ageism, ableism, and other forms of intersectional discrimination.
